This holiday season, help a Charleston-area family living with cystic fibrosis have a little extra joy under the tree. Adopt a family and shop for each person, or donate and we’ll do the shopping.

Three Ways to Give
Adopt a Family
We'll email you a local CF family's details and wish lists, and you shop for each person. We suggest about $50 per child.
Give $50 for a Child
Can't adopt a whole family? Cover holiday gifts for one child and our team will do the shopping.
Give $200 for a Family
Cover holiday gifts for an entire family. Our team does the shopping and makes sure the gifts reach them.
Donations include a small card processing fee at checkout, so your full gift goes to the families.
How It Works
- 1.Sign up to adopt a family, or donate.
- 2.Adopters: we email you your family's details and wish lists, plus when and where to drop off gifts.
- 3.Donors: our team shops for the gifts with your donation.
- 4.A local family living with cystic fibrosis gets a little extra joy this holiday season.
