The Story

"Scouring the Seas for a Cure"

Three years in. The third annual CF Bites Halloween Gala had a theme - "Scouring the Seas for a Cure" - and a community that had grown into something Charleston was proud of. Pirate costumes, live music from ME & MR. JONES, and the same electric energy that's defined every CF Bites night.

Over $78,000 raised for cystic fibrosis research. Another record set. Another reminder of what Charleston can do when it shows up for a cause.

The prior year had raised almost $80,000. Year three stayed close - and set the stage for a historic year four.
